Due to our location and the presence of historical Coal mine workings, we are heavily involved with investigatory drilling for workings beneath proposed building developments. 

In a large percentage of new build proposals, it is a condition of the local and coal authority planning for the developer to mitigate any risk of future subsidence by probe drilling the proposed site area.

We deliver this service from phase 1 risk assessment through to phase 2 drilling and reporting.
